It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles S. Hensley of Gray, Kentucky, who passed away on February 18, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hensley and Hettie Walters Decker; his son Glen Ray Hensley; his siblings, Johnny Hensely, Gilbert Hensely, Bill Hensley, Wilma Freeman and Ola Mae Hensley; and his half-brother David Decker (Mary).
He is survived by: his niece Thelma Scott (Jason); his great-nephews, Austin, Jacob and Kaleb Scott; his half-siblings, Ernest and Mabel; his niece Deborah Luke; and his parents-in-law, Ethel Pennington Parks and Roy Parks Sr..
