He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Elwin Blackwood and Gracie Marie Heathcock Blackwood; his daughter Janet Blackwood; his granddaughter Lauren Wilson; and his siblings, Harold Blackwood, Jeff Blackwood, Paul Blackwood, Linda Burnette and Nina Sisson.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Allen Blackwood; his children, Lawrence Blackwood, Kevin Blackwood and Crystal Smith (Landen); his grandchildren, Andrew LaPradd, Jessica Blackwood (Zach), Cynthia Blackwood, Heather Jones (Scott), Travis Blackwood, Alex Blackwood (Tiffanie), Dylan Wilson and Cameron Smith; his great grandchildren, Kolby Smith and Claire Blackwood; and his siblings, Bobby Blackwood (Helen), Joyce Baldwin, Dorothy Fuller and Judy Blackwood. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
