He was predeceased by: his son Jonathan Scotty McCulley; his wife Lisa McCulley; his parents, Katherine Marie Keisler McCulley and Virgil McCulley; and his sister Sandra McCulley.

He is survived by: his daughter Hope McCulley Mullins; his granddaughter Gemma Lisa Mullins of Corbin; his siblings, Sherman McCulley, Sandy McCulley of Corbin, George McCulley, Sue McCulley of London, William McCulley of Corbin, Virgil McCulley of London, Betty Wolfe and Ted Wolfe of Campbell, IL; his nieces and nephews, Jodie Walters, Sandy Roberts, Shonda McCulley, Ginna Wolfe, Justin McCulley, Chris McCulley, Timmy McCulley, Brian Crawford and Josh Wolfe; and his close friends, Jim Davis and Donna Davis.
