She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Garland "Tee" and Rosie Garland (Jones); her siblings, Tony Garland, Jesse Ray Garland and Judy Ann Hensley; and her brother-in-law Jimmy Paul Hensley.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Mattingly; her sons, Tim Mattingly (Melinda) of Michigan, Billy Mattingly (Lisa) of Florida and Bobby Mattingly of Wisconsin; and her siblings, Wanda Owens (Tim) of Gray, Sherry Jordan (Lewis) of Gray, Tammy Jackson (Steve) of Sargent and Harvey Doug Garland (Jane) of Corbin. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
