He was predeceased by: his parents, Riley Pickard and Verlie Pickard; his children, Patricia Janet Smith and David Allen Pickard; and his siblings, Aileen Pickard, Linda Foley and William Pickard.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Pickard of Gray; his sons, Doug Pickard (Julie) of Mansfield, OH, Charles Pickard (Kathy) of Barbourville and Joe Pickard (Deana) of Barbourville; and his cousin Don Pickard (June) of Barbourville. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren.
