He is survived by: his wife Cathy Elzy of Grand Rivers, Kentucky; his daughter Angela of Indiana; his sister Karen Montgomery (George) of Minneapolis, Minnesota; and his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Crane of Iverness, Jean Crane of Decatur and Rose Crane of Sullivan.
