He is survived by: his parents, Janice Walker Breedlove of Eddyville, KY and Robert Hoffman of Henderson, KY; and his siblings, Vicki Kirtley (Mike) of Eddyville, KY, Sherri Barnard of Savannah, FL and Greg Hoffman of Eddyville, KY. He is also survived by four nieces and one nephew.
