She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurman Franklin Potter and Lillian Sanders Potter; her husband Willard Long; and her brothers, James Potter and T. F. Potter.
She is survived by: her children, John T. Collins Jr. of Grand Rivers, Adam Franklin Long of Clarksville, TN, Elizabeth Ann Messer of Benton and Lori Walz of Grand Rivers; and her sister Shelby Jean Potter of Grand Rivers. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
