She is survived by: her husband Jerry Dwayne Mohler; her daughters, Casey Madole and Kristina Mohler; her siblings, Donna Walker and Ronny Cunningham; and her grandchildren, Callen Madole, Cayden Madole, Colten Madole and Carter.
