He is survived by: his wife Connie Page of Grand Rivers; his children, Johnny Page Jr. (Emma) of Gilbertsville and Samantha Edwards (Glen) of Ledbetter; his siblings, Richard Page (Amy) of Grand Rivers, Gary Lynch of Symsonia and Judy Lee (Eric) of Hopkinsville; his grandchildren, Hazel, Rosaleigh and Neveah; and his nephew John Bryan Miller.
