He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Chumbler and Mirtie Chumbler. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Chumbler of Grand Rivers, KY; his daughter Leah Chumbler of Kuttawa; and his grandson Walker Joe Briggs Chumbler.
