He is survived by: his wife Theresa Sue Ritter Pence of Grand Rivers, KY; his daughters, Sarah Elizabeth Pence-Fagg (John "Bob" Fagg), Cloverdale and Jennifer Eileen Clarke (William, Jr.); his brother Charles Albert Pence of Webster, FL; and his grandchildren, Clayton Clarke, Noah Duby, William Clarke, III, Audrey Fagg, Suzannah Clarke, Caroline Clarke, George Clarke, Guthrey Fagg and Elaina Fagg. He is also survived by three nieces.
