He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Gary Forsythe (Donna) of Gilbertsville, KY, David Forsythe (Julia) of Paducah, KY and Sheila Emerson (Robert) of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Josh Forsythe (Katie) of Princeton, Jason Forsythe (Amanda) of Salem, Laura Overby (Addison) of Paducah, Kayla Adams (Andrew) of Anchorage, AK and Elizabeth Gradisek of Louisville; his great grandchildren, Connar, Jaxon, Brady, Brystol, Raelynn Forsythe and Charlie Hardin; and his sister Pauline Schmidt (Paul) of Alton, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
