He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rocke and Sybil Rocke. He is survived by: his children, Stephen Shane Rocke and Tracy Chantel Lewis; his stepson Brandon Moore; his grandchildren, Braxton Lewis, Jaden Lewis, Hannah Penrod and Christian Magraw; his sister Rosalind Speck (Granvil); and his nephews, Randall Speck and Charles L. Speck.
