She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Fuller and Janie Cunningham Fuller; her husband Robert C. "Bob" Williams, Sr.; her son Tommy Williams; her son-in-law Gaylon Skinner; and her siblings, Robert Earl Fuller and Bonnie Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Robert C. Williams, II (Patricia) and Christina Morris (Ricky) of Cadiz; her grandchildren, Steve Skinner, Angie Martin (James), Kerstin Head (Chad), Jared Skinner (Tiffani), Kaleb Skinner and Thomas Carl Williams; her great grandchildren, Derek Martin, Kevin Martin, Brookelyn Greene, Evan Skinner, Carter Skinner, Christopher Skinner, Kylee Skinner, Emalyn Head and Maru Head; and her siblings, Henry Fuller of Cadiz, William Fuller (Pattie) of Richmond, Lacey Fuller (Teresa) of Hickman, Charles Fuller of Elmwood, Tenn., Mary Ezell (Freddie) of Cadiz, Elizabeth Merrick (Ryan) of Cadiz, Elsie Johnson (Timmy) of Cadiz, Erma Boyd (Danny) of Cadiz, Gladys Steger (Chris) of Hopkinsville and Carolyn Oliver of Elkton. She is also survived by nine great great grandchildren.
