He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert T. Williams and Willie Florence Trent Williams; his son Tommy Williams; and his son-in-law Gaylon Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Williams of Gracey; his children, Robert C. Williams, Jr. (Patricia) of Gracey and Christina Morris (Ricky) of Cadiz; his grandchildren, Steve Skinner, Angie Martin (James), Kerstin Head (Chad), Jared Skinner (Tiffani), Kaleb Skinner and Thomas Carl Williams; his great grandchildren, Derek Martin, Kevin Martin, Brookelyn Greene, Evan Skinner, Carter Skinner, Christopher Skinner, Kylee Skinner, Emalyn Head and Maru Head; and his siblings, Steve A. Williams (Lynn) of Nev, Richard T. Williams of Salinas, Roy Lee Williams of Tenn and Florence Montalvo of Bethel Island, Calif.. He is also survived by nine great great grandchildren.
