He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis N. Whitmer and Rosemary Whitmer; his daughter Barbara; his grandson Cory Isaacs; and his daughter-in-law Carolyn Whitmer.
He is survived by: his wife Judith; and his children, Joan Isaacs (Roland), Nancy Donner (Mark Kamer), Steve (Celeste), Janet Conway (Pat), James, David and Daniel (Aimee). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
