He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland and LuLa Bell Flack (Kelley); his wife Elizabeth Pettit Flack; and his daughter Joyce Flack. He is survived by: his daughter Margaret Chilton; his grandson Johnny Jolley; and his brother Willie Flack.

Memorial donations can be made to Liberty Baptist Church in Lester's name.
