He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Dick and Ann Dick; and his siblings, Trey Dick and Lynda McWilliams. He is survived by: his siblings, Kevin Dick and Debbie Jerome (Peter); his nephews, Travis Cole, Norman Dick IV and James Jerome; his niece Elizabeth Keating; and his cousin John Manning.
