She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin Crabtree; and her grandchildren, Kevin, Greg, Jeff Hardin and Ashley Weber.

She is survived by: her children, Sherry Hardin (David), John Crabtree (Mary), Joseph Crabtree and Michael Weber (Laura). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations can be made in Carmel's name to American Lung Association.
