He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Weakly and Ruby Weakly; his wife Anne Elizabeth Satterly Weakly; and his brothers, Kenneth and Ozark Weakly.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carrie Fletcher (Terry) and Deborah Weakly; his grandchildren, Christopher Fletcher (Ashley) and Abbigail Johnson (Zack); his great grandchildren, Cailyn Ingram, Aidyn Tingle, Zoie Johnson, Raylan Fletcher and Ezra Johnson; his sister Mary Winbun (Bill); his sister-in-law Geneva Weakly; and his close friends, Gordon and Fleur Bryan.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home (706 W Jefferson St, La Grange, KY 40031). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at the Shiloh Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be directed to Shiloh Methodist Church in Arthur's memory.
