She is survived by: her granddaughters, Christine Elizabeth Shefferly (David Shefferly), Patricia Anne Rutkey (Steve Rutkey) and Jessica Renee Gregory; her great grandchildren, Katrina, Benjamin, Joey, Anna and Riley; and her brother Arnold Lewis of Kingsport, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
