He is survived by: his wife Cindy Cress Dixon; his sons, Kasey Dixon and Andrew Dixon; his mother Mary Lambdin Dixon; his mother-in-law Nola Cress; and his siblings, Rick Wilson of Cumberland, KY, Donnie Dixon (Judy) of Gordon, KY and John Dixon III (Karen) of Gordon, KY.
