He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sister Irene Lewis Cornett; his spouse Grace Boggs Lewis of Gordon, KY; his son Ricky Lee Lewis of Hickory, NC; his grandsons, Brandon Lewis (Kayla) of Boone, NC and Patrick Lewis of Hickory, NC; his great grandchildren, Sydnee and Mason Lewis of Boone, NC; and his siblings, Imogene Halcomb of Williamsburg, KY, Delois Birchfield of Cumberland, KY, Wanda Fox (Darrell) of Gordon, KY and Ray Lewis of Gordon, KY. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews.
