He is survived by: his parent Lorine Crase Fields; his spouse Karen Lynn Miniard; his son Stanley Fields (Katina) of Partridge; his grandchildren, Braxton Fields (Kylie), Sawyer Fields (Taylor), Haley Howard, Garrett Howard and Lainey Howard; and his brothers, Roger (Cilla), Rick (Louise) and Tim (Dinah).
