He was predeceased by: his mother Cheryl Turner Steenburgen. He is survived by: his stepmother Evelyn Steenbergen of Lafayette, TN; his siblings, Johnna Carter (Chris) of Lafayette, TN and Steve Steenbergen (Michelle) of Lafayette, TN; and his grandmother Wilma Turner.
