She is survived by: her stepmother Anna Jameson; her husband Phillip Richey of Scottsville, KY; her sons, James R "Bobby" Adwell (Teresa) of Oceanside, CA and Patrick Lee Adwell (Gail) of Smiths Grove, KY; her stepson Tommy King of Scottsville, KY; her daughters, Teresa Adwell Bailey (Tony) of Glasgow, KY and Panquitta Adwell Lyons of Glasgow, KY; her brothers, John Jameson (DeWayne) of Scottsville, KY, James Jameson (Vela) of Clarksville, IN and Glen Jameson (Terry) of Scottsville, KY; and her stepsiblings, Ruth Stotts (Ronnie), Inez Hudson (Donald) of Bowling Green, KY and Hascal Neighbors of Whiteland, IN. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Due to the governor's current recommendations, masks and social distancing will be observed.
