He is survived by: his wife Donette Mitchum Kelsay of Glens Fork, KY; his children, Jimmy Kelsay (Sharon) of Glens Fork, KY, Timmy Kelsay (Janeatte) of Glens Fork, KY, Eddie Kelsay (Stacy Hertl) of Glens Fork, KY and Debbie Carroll (Richie) of Elkhorn, KY; his sister Nola Smallwood (Jimmy) of Columbia, KY; and his stepbrothers, Clifton Hadley (Alterine) of Columbia, KY. and Claude Hadley (Donna) of Columbia, KY.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, three step grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, two step great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
