She is survived by: her mother Virginia Stevens Couch of Glendale, KY; her brother Allen Couch (Deborah); her nephew Brian Couch (Jennifer); her niece Andrea Pruitt; her great-nephews, Blake Couch, Jesse Couch and Henry Pruitt; and her great-niece Aubrey Basham.
