She was predeceased by: her parents, Lively Dennis and Hite Perkins Dennis; and her siblings, Evelyn Hayes, Thelma Reynolds, Jean Betts, Clara Hayes, Jake, Leonard, Johnny, Frank, Winford, James, George and Ruby Dennis.
She is survived by: her husband Leon Puckett; her sons, Jimmie Puckett (RIta) and Ricky Puckett (Linda); her grandchildren, Tiffany (Chuck), Jeremy (Becky) and Dana; and her great grandchildren, Tinley, Blaine, Kaegan, Taylor, Trinity, Addison, Colton and Kendal.
The family request that memorial donations be given to the Center Point Cemetery fund.
