He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Fred and Mary Strunk; his uncle Donnie Strunk; and his aunt Vickie Dunn. He is survived by: his daughter Ashleigh of Glendale; his mother Teresa Shannon of Campbellsville; and his stepmother Becky Shannon of Campbellsville. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
