He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Puckett and Mary Wilson Puckett; his wife Minnie; and his brothers, Lawrence and Lewallen Puckett.
He is survived by: his sons, Jimmie Puckett (Rita) and Richard Puckett (Linda); his grandchildren, Tiffany Puckett, Jeremy Puckett (Becky) and Dana Puckett; his great grandchildren, Tinley, Blaine, Kaegan, Taylor, Trinity, Addison, Colton and Kendal; and his siblings, Randall Puckett, Brenda Bruton, Pauline Constant and Shirley Foster.
The family request that donations be given to the Center Point Cemetery Fund.
