He is survived by: his wife Ola Mae Woodson; his children, Sharon Gilliam (Lee) and Herbert "Sonny" Woodson; and his grandchildren, Mike King, Crystalin Gilliam, Lee Gilliam and Tiffany Payne. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
