She was predeceased by: her parents, John Grimes and Christie Grimes; her husband Raymond Heath; her son Lonnie Heath; and her siblings, Opal Stillwell, Annie Daily and James Russell Grimes.

She is survived by: her children, John Heath (Sue) of Cecilia, Ray Heath (Rhonda) of Brandenburg, Tresia Perkins (David) of Campbellsville, Dolly Guenthner (Daniel) of Cecilia, Brenda Heath of Cecilia, Barbara Love (Ronnie) of Cecilia and Carolyn Grimes (Curtis) of Cecilia; her brother Norman Grimes of Glendale; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Thomas, Johnathan Heath, Christina Stottman, Michael Love, Rhonda Tuttle, Katrina Spivey, Brandy Lee, Tonya Grimes, Kandi Grimes and Keith Lucius. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

The family requests that every visitor wear a mask or face cover and practice social distancing.
