He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Floyd, Katherin Strader, Buford and Louvenia Puckett. He is survived by: his parents, Jackie Puckett and Bertha Strader Puckett of Glendale, KY; his children, Matt Puckett of Paducah, KY and Kristen Ritchie of Bellevue, WA; his brothers, Stephen Puckett of Glendale, KY and Ricky Puckett of Glendale, KY; and his grandchildren, Nichole, Daniel, Molly and Paislee.
