He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Skirvin and Mary Ellis Skirvin; his wife Rebecca "Becky" Sue Skirvin; and his brother Allen Douglas Skirvin. He is survived by: his sons, William "Billy" Barkley Skirvin, Jr. (Brenda), Anthony "Tony" Skirvin (Donna), Sanders and Charles Timothy "Timmy" Skirvin (Kacey); and his siblings, Rebecca Ketter, Ive Lee Brown, Sammy Skirvin, Chester Skirvin and Harry Wayne Skirvin. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
