She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Allen and Dorothy Mae Robinson Lewis; her husband Roy Malcom Osborne of Glencoe; her children, Matthew Osborne of Jonesville, KY, Ben Osborne of Cleaves, OH, Maria Jackson of Jonesville, KY and Billie Jo Faulkner of Amelia, OH; and her siblings, Nancy Wainscott of Crittenden, KY, Perry Lewis of Dry Ridge, KY and David Lewis of South Carolina. She was also cherished by three grandchildren.
