He is survived by: his wife Mona; his stepchildren, Tim Florer, Jody Florer and Amber Florer; his siblings, Dennis Lewis (Debbie), Gerald Lewis (Joann), Bobby Lewis (Robbin), Daryl Lewis (Brandi), Darlene Lewis, Barry Lewis (Christine) and Willie Lewis (Donna); his grandchildren, Desi, Blake, Dillon, Breanna, Brooklyn, Keith, Cody, Johnathon, Grace, Katie, Hailey, Madelyn, Zoey, Havannah and Ember; and his uncle Wayne Lewis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family members and friends.
