He was predeceased by: his parents, Matt Marion and Flo Marion; his daughter Donna Marion Perkins; and his sisters, Billie Louise Marion, Betty Marion Whiteaker and Ann Marion Mullins.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughters, Jamie Marion Ruth (Stan) and Celia Marion Bose (Bill); and his brothers, Bill Marion (MaryJo) and Doug Marion (Shirley). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
