He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Fugate and Madeline Taulbee Fugate; and his wife Linda. He is survived by: his children, Nancy Roberts, Tom Fugate and James Fugate Jr.; and his siblings, Jerry Fugate, Granville Fugate, Gary Fugate and Carol Dudgeon.
