He is survived by: his son Steve Kidd (Lois); his grandson Nathan Kidd; his great grandchildren, Courtney Simmons (Tyler) and Casey Kidd (Jessie Billings); his great great grandchildren, Lena Kate Strode and Sean Billings; his sister Ruth Jean Sharp; and his caregivers, Stacy and Chris Emberton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
