He was predeceased by: his father Marshall Kirby; and his siblings, David Lewis Kirby and Marsha Kay Cochran. He is survived by: his wife Sandi; his sons, Brian Kirby (Shelly) and Timothy Ron Kirby (Victoria); his stepchildren, Steven, Brandon, Jonathan and Emily; his mother Nancy Cochran; his niece Amy Gootee (Shannon); and his nephew Anthony Wheeler (Alysia).
