It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Michael Candela of Glasgow, Kentucky, born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on March 22, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Michael Thomas Candela; his wife Theresa Ann Carr Candela; and his brothers, Joseph Candela and Carlo Bellon. He is survived by: his sons, Armando Joseph Candela, Anthony Thomas Candela (Lauren) and Joseph Michael Candela; his grandchildren, Evelyn Theresa Candela and Vincent Anthony Candela; his siblings, Linda Maude (Charles), Angie Rizzitiello, Sandra Bellon and Frank Bellon; his niece Crystal Maude-Smith (Robert); and his godson Joshua Maude. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.

I did work a wagon with him when we worked the NE Van, I did meet his wife and the kids when he lived on that little block off of Adams Ave, forget the name of the street, again my condolences, I just read this in the FOP magazine, sincerely Tom Bachmayer .
