With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sue Gillespie of Glasgow, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 4, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Sue shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Sue farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, C. Howard Peden and Eva Coe Peden; her husband Robert P. Gillespie; and her brother Charles Howard Peden. She is survived by: her children, Emily Ogles (Lance) of Glasgow, Micah Taylor of Murfreesboro and Brian Taylor (Jan) of Ormond Beach, Florida; her grandson Taylor Ogles; and her sisters, Joann Peden Smith and Wanda Peden. She is also survived by three nieces and nephews.
