She was predeceased by: her father Phillip Thompson. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Beard Thompson; her husband Sherman Shirley; her daughter Natalie Shirley; and her brothers, Chris Thompson (Sandy) and Jeremy Thompson (Felicia). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
