We are sad to announce that on August 30, 2024, at the age of 95, Selma Mayfield of Glasgow, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Selma is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Selma's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Pace and Luezeal Pace (Gass); and her husband Robert Mayfield. She is survived by: her sister Margaret Garmon; her niece LuAnn Smith (Michael); her nephew Carroll Martin (Barb); and her cousin Frankie (Vickie Pace). She is also survived by two great nieces and one great nephew.
