He was predeceased by: his parents, Finis Stephens and Beaulah Stephens (Froedge); his sisters, Elizabeth Shirley and Martha Bragg; his brothers-in-law, Ron Lytle, Bobby Shirley and Bill Bragg; and his nephews, David Cross, Bobby Joe Lenord, Theman, Raymond and Robert Stephens (Vera Mae Dubree).
He is survived by: his siblings, James Stephens, Jimmy Stephens, Jessie Stephens, Marie Lytle and Mary Fancher (Dennis). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
