He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Moore and Azzie Moore (Emmert); his wife Nelda Moore; his son Gary Eugene Moore; and his siblings, Barlow Moore, Ernest Moore, Charlie Moore, Cecil Moore, Ray Moore, Wilma Tipton, Nelda Geralds, Pearl Birge, Ruby Ray and Lou Hood.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Kerry Moore (Melanie) and Kayce Woods (Josh); his daughter-in-law Sharon Moore; his great grandchildren, Emma Rae Moore and Josey Claire Moore; his siblings, Reva Parker and Bob Moore (Sue); and his siblings-in-law, Bill Jones and Willie-Dean Jones. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
