He is survived by: his son Chadwick Fields (Holland); his grandchildren, Lily and Julius Fields; and his siblings, Danny Fields (Lynne), Virgil Fields (Bethany), Charles Spivey (Myra), Gina Demeter (Stephen), Cathy Dickens (Billy), John Mosier (Lisa), Ricky Mosier and Becky Thomas (Kenny). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
