He is survived by: his children, Mikayla Fields of Glasgow, Gena Jones of Glasgow and Dakota Fields of Glasgow; his grandchildren, Heaven Fields, Jaiden Fields, Andrew Vincent, Kaitlyn Greenwalt, Isabella Greenwalt, Ailee Greenwalt, Sophia Greenwalt, Memphis Greenwalt, Cody Greenwalt, Brentley Fields, Brianna Fields and Avenly Fields; and his siblings, James Fields, Jerry Fields, John Fields (Jennifer), Nettie Fields (Louis) and Patricia Fancher (Gary). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home for funeral expenses.
